German Client Service Officer H/F

BUSINESS OVERVIEW

Client Service Officer role in the Paris Client Services team of the BNP Paribas Derivatives Execution and Clearing (DEC) business unit regrouping OTC Client Clearing, Listed Derivatives Clearing and Execution.

This Client Services team is in charge of managing the relationship with European clients trading in Global Listed Derivatives and OTC markets, in coordination with the Sales, Products, Projects and Operation teams.

Essential Job Functions

As Client Services Officer, an active performance of the main tasks listed below is required:

A – Client relationship management

Manage DEC German clients

·
Know Your client (business, organisation, setup, request, expectations, etc…)

·
Be the day-to-day point of contact for general topics, reporting queries, escalations and development needs

·
Prepare, organise and participate to Service Level reviews on regular basis

·
Follow up on defined action points and coordinate with all internal stakeholders

·
Analyse client setup evolution requests / needs and deploy them upon agreement

B – Client communication

·
Ensure client communications in case of incidents impacting clients (system failure, reporting delays...)

·
Prepare and circulate Client and Market Updates

C – Business support

·
Support sales during meetings with prospects when required

·
Present our reporting offer and provide training of DEC web portal

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Master degree / MBA

R equired Experience:

·
Language skills : French (compulsory), English (compulsory), German (compulsory)

·
Experience and knowledge of the Listed Derivatives Clearing business and/or of OTC derivatives products are key advantages

·
Experience in client servicing role and client facing role

·
Excellent communication and writing skills
