We are currently looking for an intern as an:

Executive Assistant to the Head of CIB Switzerland with a Fixed Term Contract from Mid-May 2018 until Mid-January 2019

The key duties and responsibilities include:

· Assisting our Member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA in all organisational and administrative matters

· Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

· Acting as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients

· Organisation of client presentation, seminars, client events and business trips

· Contribution, maintenance and support of the central CRM database

· Close collaboration with the communication department in Geneva and the event-teams in London and Paris

· Active participation in different projects by assigning work to staff; following up on results

· Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information

· Back-up of the Assistant Global Markets: Organisational and administrative support to all Fixed Income and Equity marketers in Switzerland (calendar scheduling, entering of absences/holidays, formatting presentations, expense recording, ordering supplies and regular send-outs of brochures and client gifts)

Required skills:

· Recently graduated from University with a Master's or Bachelor Degree in Economics or Banking & Finance

· First banking experience

· Fluency in Swiss-German, German, English (written and spoken) and good French knowledge

· Strong communication,organisational and planning skills

· Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Ability to set priorities, be flexible, be well organised and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment

· Self-motivation combined with strong team working skills and ability to establish good relationships with clients and colleagues alike
