Job description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Control Structured Products trades (match investment bank & relationship managers%5Cinvestment managers executions)
·
Value Structured Products (used for the valuation of clients' portfolios) using issuers and market data providers' sources (Bloomberg, Reuters)

·
Input data into Trade Blotter in order to support Bond New Issues

·
Support Advisory Team in BNPP Switzerland, Monaco and Luxembourg

·
Handle relationship with counterparts (Investment banks teams, BNPP WM Back and Front office teams)

·
Participate in control processes related to OTC Derivatives and Securities Lending activities

·
Generate performance indicators and reports for Advisory teams and Offering management

·
Produce reports aimed to follow up the application of the Best Execution MiFID II policy

·
Control and produce regulatory reporting for CSFF, FMIA and AMF regulators.

·
Manage regulatory Investors Protection Program's data

·
Support the operational managers on ad-hoc projects (development/improvement of processes)

SKILLS

· Undergraduate degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting and/or strong experience in the banking industry
·
3 to 5 years of professional experience with financial instruments namely: Equities, FX, Derivatives, Bonds, Structured Products

·
Knowledge of regulatory topics is a plus

·
Analytical, ability to summarize and report, quick learner and adaptable

·
Fluent in English / French fluency is a plus
