ISPL FSS is set up as a Shared Service Centre and works on an Extended Plus model, within a defined governance structure. It is a Global hub and delivers services to CIB/BOW Finance teams across the geographies. It is organized by 7 work streams and provides services across 29 countries

Position Purpose

This position is for a role within the Project Management and Business Management function.


Direct Responsibilities

Ø Project Management Support –

o Support projects across Finance in North America, UK, EMEA and APAC

o Prepare project documents across the lifecycle of the project. Ex – Project charter, BRD, FSD, Change requests, Dashboards, Reporting etc.

o Identify risks, issues and dependencies and track them to closure

o Ensure timely stakeholder communication

o Analyze and Interpret Steerco and Meeting Dashboards and Management Reports

o Archive and maintain documents in SharePoint.

Ø Project Budgeting and Planning –

o Execute and Prepare project cost reports for North America, Paris and UK

o Analyze and interpret cost reports and provide commentaries

o Conduct Variance analysis and provide commentaries to management

o Manage and Review Invoices vs. Budget (Resources, Cost and Variances)

Ø Resource Management –

o Timesheet management

o Headcount tracking and reconciliation

o Prepare and distribute reports to different stakeholders (PPM, Business Owners, Project Managers, and Senior Management). Ex - Usage analysis of resources

o Project status reports for the regions serviced

Ø Business Management –

o Setup and Support the Business Management function for the North America Finance within BNP Paribas.

o Experience in developing and implementing Target Operating Models

o Participate and support the budgeting and forecasting exercise.

o Drive reengineering and automation efforts for multiple departments

o Support the NAR workstreams to ensure timely Governance and assist in finalizing the dashboards.

Contributing Responsibilities

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical –

1. Strong Project Management knowledge. PMP, Prince2 Certifications preferred.

2. Hands on experience on MS Project, Clarity, ActiTime, Tableau and SharePoint

3. Strong knowledge on SAP, Vinci

4. Strong understanding of reengineering tools. Lean, Six Sigma – Good to have skills.

5. Knowledge of P2P platforms
