Job description

Position Purpose

· Analyst role within Investment Banking Asia Pacific, General M&A and Transactions Group to support the origination and execution of M&A and capital market transactions in Southeast Asia

Key Responsibilities

· Provide support in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and M&A and capital market transactions in Southeast Asia
· Undertake research, compile and analyse data
· Undertake quantitative analysis including comparable companies' analysis and analysing financial statements
· Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, information memorandum and other documentation in the course of executing transactions and for marketing purposes
· Assist in identifying risks and possible solutions in the course of executing the transactions.
· Project management
· Ensure compliance with all Bank's policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures.

· Technically proficient in financial modeling (DCF, multiples, Merger model, LBO model)

· Analytical approach to problem solving

· Self-motivated and genuine interest in Investment Banking and business in general

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Specific Qualifications Required

·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Prior related experience / internship in investment banking, Big 4 accounting firms' transaction services, valuation or corporate finance department preferred
·  Good command of English
·  Native level of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
·  Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel & Power point)
