Tespa Community Coordinator, Quality Assurance & Customer Support

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a public-facing representative of Tespa and communicate on behalf of the brand to club leaders, members, and students across multiple channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via phone, typed-chat, and email
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests
  • Take personal ownership of customer requests and maintain accountability for follow-through
  • Maintain a functional test suite
  • Collect, document and prioritize bugs/QOL fixes on Tespa web platforms
  • Organize and host user feedback sessions to identify potential QOL improvements
  • Develop/Draft web briefs for QOL improvement implementation
  • Research and develop ideal user experience flows
  • Perform account maintenance, data entry, and order processing functions
  • Provide exceptional customer experience as measured through customer surveys
  • Provide proactive customer communications via phone, typed-chat, or email when necessary
  • Display a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to employees and customers
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of Blizzard’s internal information and customer / account information
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of departmental policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience with customer support or customer relationship management
  • Experience with “user journey” models and QA
  • Be comfortable and effective working remote, independently and as a part of a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and initiative; impeccable time management and organization
  • Strong critical thinking skills

Pluses

  • Experience with web design
  • Experience managing, analyzing and answering user support requests
  • Proven track record of involvement in and passion for collegiate and/or grassroots gaming communities
  • A passionate gamer across multiple franchises
