Poste et missions:
As a Supply chain / Logistic Specialist your role will be to assist the ASPAC Logistic manager, to manage the Logistic monthly dashboard, to provide analysis and action plan to ensure KPIs are reached and to support the 2019 logistic projects
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain logistics dashboard and analyze data to assess performance, work with local supply chain manager to define follow up actions and implement improvements if needed, ensure logistics KPIs are reached.
- Understand top suppliers’ performance within ASPAC region, review together with local supply chain manager on regular basis, identify cost optimize opportunities.
- Assist Logistic manager on 2019 projects.
- Identify the opportunities of process improvement and cost saving within logistics function.
- Prepare reports and analyses according to requirements.
- Requires cross-functional coordination within regional supply chain team, Global logistics team, regional purchasing, Quality and outside Logistics service providers.

Profil:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business majoring in Supply Chain or Logistics related preferred
· 2-3 years’ experience in logistics and project management
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent analytical skills and efficient problem solver
· Fluency in English to communicate with key stakeholders in the region.
· Good interpersonal, learning attitude and collaboration spirit
· Expert on MS office(Excel/PPT), knowledge in SAP system is a plus
· Relevant experience with and/or cultural understanding of the Asia Pacific region is highly advantageous.
