· Conduct process studies and evaluate the data to improve the utilization of resources by using the Lean tools.
· Conduct time study, method study, cycle time improvement activities and line balancing with TAKT time concept.
· Facilitate implementation of new projects.
· Identify the MUDA in process and eliminate by using Waste Elimination method.
· Provide proper tools and fixture for production to improve the quality of the output by using the holistic approach.
· Calculate and forecast manpower requirements and provide timely alerts to the concerned to ensure production as per the plans.
· Design the fixture based on the requirements.
· Drive, monitor and support Kaizen initiative to ensure long-term sustainability and continuous improvements to excel in the manufacturing processes.
· Design an effective flow oriented layout which has simple/clear material flow, less movement of recourses and safe working conditions.
· Facilitate and support new product development requirements.
· Implement improved concept Like FIFO, JIT etc., in the warehouse for material storage and handling.
· Daily, weekly and monthly data management for shop-floor by using data management system (NICIM). Motivate and supervise the people to manage data management properly and effectively.
· Improve visual management system to create transparent processes.
· Ensure Compliance to all the laws and regulations
· Understand the Company’s policy and procedures and adherence to the same without compromising.

· Hands-on experience in implementation of lean tools.
· Good planning, scheduling and organising skills.
· Good communication and technical writing skills.
· Good result orientation to meet the set targets as per the commitments.
· Good problem solving and decision making ability.
