POSITION

As a member of theengineering team, you are responsible for the implementation of new projects and investments, in accordance with the plant management plan . You define, with the departments concerned (engineering, production, maintenance), the specifications of the equipment and facilitate the implementation of it, while ensuring the respect of the deadlines, the costs and the existing procedures related to Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment. You also adapt your priorities and planning to the production. You are the link between the suppliers and the production and maintenance staff.

During this rotational program, you will get the opportunity to cover other subjects within the plant you’ll work for and others, in different countries. You will be part of an intensive training program, both on technical and leadership skills.

PROFILE
• Graduated with an Engineer degree with a maximum of 3 years’ experience or beginner with an internship background in multinational companies in production or development
• Good communication skills verbal and written , including presentation skills for presenting to an international group of people
• Strong ability to analyze and synthesize (document trial results and communicate to Industrial Development Account Manager or Plant Manager)
• Capacity to organize, interact and negotiate with production (and sometimes have them executing the trials)
• Rigorous, curious, ability to reconsider, open-mindedness. Candidate must show potential through strong ability, engagement and aspiration in line with Bel’s values
• This program includes international business trips during the 2 year assignment and may end with an international opportunity. The candidate has to be mobile during at least 5 years .
• Local language, English , and a third language is a plus; Master the use of IT environments .
