MAIN DUTIES

Within the Corporate Human Resources department, your will be part of the Talent team. As part of the training engineering taskforce, you will be responsible for several Learning programs, with a strong focus on new way of learning and digital learning approaches or fully digitalized trainings. Your main objective is to support Bel Group’s transformation towards a true learning culture, as well as new way of working, offering all its employees means to develop their skills to take on the Big Bel Group’s challenges. Your essential duties are the following:

- Analysis and deep understanding of skills needs

- Production of specifications aligned with expressed needs, L&D team missions and group’s strategy

- Lead tender processes, proposals analysis and selections of providers for Group

- Translate business needs into adapted and efficient learning & development solutions: classroom session, rapid-learning, blended-learning, webinars etc

- Design of synopsis and storyboards with the support of internal business experts and providers

- Manage tests and integration of learning solutions or modules when necessary

- Support the design of new leadership trainings for the 1st managerial line

- Define communication plans towards the various stakeholders of the L&D projects and support the roll out of existing programs (events, newsletters, teaser, videos...)

- Be pro-active and recommend optimizations for existing L&D programs and stay up to date on Digital Learning solutions to offer the best in class innovative learning experiences, able to transform individual and collective learning and leadership behaviors

- Be able to build data analysis and recommendations

PROFILE

Recently graduated from a Master Degree in Business School or equivalent in university, a first experience in Learning & Development or change management/transformation is a key asset. You have an excellent knowledge of latest digital learning approaches.

With a very open, curious and enthusiastic personality, you have excellent listening skills and are extremely client focused. Autonomous and organized, you have very developed interpersonal skills.

In addition to your excellent writing skills, you have a proven appetite and good expertise for digital and new technologies. You are recognized for your new approach in new way of learning being able to propose new pedagogical approaches and provide advices, your consulting skills, creativity and proactivity.

You should be also fluent in English.
