Marketing Excellence Program Manager (m/f) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnvironmental Science Division has identified marketing skills as a key success factor for the business. The Marketing Excellence Coordinator will have a significant contribution to improve marketing capabilities through the further development and adoption of the Marketing Excellence methodology ensuring it has business impact and is not just a classroom exercise. The Marketing Excellence Coordinator is responsible for managing and further developing the global knowledge management system including developing and managing processes and systems to optimize knowledge sharing capabilities.

The job holder will have to ensure the following tasks: • Define and maintain Marketing Excellence methodology required to drive business performance. • Identify & adjust key business processes with marketing tools reflecting Marketing Excellence methodology (e.g. Marketing Planning, Budget, Marketing & Project Steering Committees, etc.) • Lead, empower and make visible a community of Marketing Excellence champions with a role to support local implementation of the methodology. • Lead specific local projects (branding and marketing plans) and support Global Marketing preparation launches through the Marketing Excellence metholody. • Plan & facilitiate Marketing Excellence training for all relevant employees. • Manage the Marketing Excellence framework budget (new approach, training, best practices, etc.) • Develop and manage a knowledge management system (including a digital guide) across ES to optimize our capabilities to share all internal and external knowledge. • Maintain and optimize the indispensable knowledge: all the information on why, what and how we do business in Environmental Science in a customer centric, sustainable long term approach. • Align organization and optimize communication to ES communities (Leadership Team, Global Functions, Local Marketing), with Marketing Excellence tools, roll-outs, results, marketing practices, etc.

• Lead internal global digital knowledge management platforms to ensure continuity and monitoring including SharePoint and Bayer Identity Net (including MediaPool and Web-to-Print). • Ensure compliance of system with the established policy and governance rules including overseeing the good use of rights attribution and confidentiality

WHO YOU AREYou have graduated with a Master Degree in Marketing and have 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing. A knowledge of Bayer Marketing Excellence framework will be a strong benefit.

You have strong communication & networking skills. You have a good experience in International Project Management and budget Management. You have a first experience in cross cultural-work and a project management in multi-cultural environments. You have a high degree of organization, adaptability and prioritization.

You are at ease with IT tools and especially with SharePoint. A strong level of English is required.
