District Retail Sales Supervisor
Position: Major Tasks
1) Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms
of sales, Develop sales/ marketing plan with guidance from direct supr.;
2) people management focus on process;
3) making staffing decision/ people development plan in districts by
supporting from direct supr.;
4) implement sale/ marketing plan in the field through coaching;
5) Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer
retention, advertising, pricing
6)Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the
organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales
promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will
help them achieve their sales targets.
1. Colleage degree or above.
2. More than 3 years working experinence at OTC industry; more than 1
years retail management experience.
3. Good leadership, oral and written communication skills, communication
skills, problem-solving abilities.
