YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implements strategy, ensures the achievement of
goals through conducting academic promotion and maintaining
networks with customers; and identifies business opportunities and
problem areas
2. Establishes goals for Medical Representatives in alignment with
prescribed product strategies and monitors the progress towards them
3. Organizes the collection of relevant market access data and
competitive product information
4. Recruits and develops qualified personnel in cooperation with HR
5. Meets reporting requirements on product tracking, forecasting and
effectively controls team costs
6. Manages complaints and process through effective problem solving,
execution, administration and resource management
7. Conducts performance management and development dialogues with
subordinates; improves employees' performance and engagement by
coaching; executes performance improvement plans when necessary
8. Ensures compliance of all activities carried out in his/her team,
provides regular compliance updates and trainings to subordinates and
ensures that his/her actions are aligned with Bayer's LIFE values

WHO YOU ARE

1) Education:
- University degree, preferably in the field of clinical medicine or
pharmacy or equivalent qualification
2) Experience:
- At least two years (+/-) of management experience within the
medical industry, preferably in a MNC as well as leadership experience
3) Specialised Training:
- Management and leadership skills
- Communication & authorization skills
4) Knowledge & Skills:
- Profound knowledge of the Pharma market and related products
- Excellent communication & negotiation skill
- Good command of both oral and written English
- Willingness to accept challenges and ability to work under pressure

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supports the manager to deal with the routine documentation and
administrative work efficiently, including mailing, filing, making
reservations etc.
2. Arranges business travels and organizes meetings, workshops and other
activities
3. Coordinates among various departments regarding implementation of
department operations as needed
4. Prepares business reports and analysis when needed
5. Supports the manager to conduct communication with other regions or
global teams within Bayer Group, clarifies issues and follows up on
projects
6. Reviews and checks expenses reports, contracts and other documents
that need approval of the manager
7. Leads, manages or coordinates special or ad hoc projects being
assigned
8. Ensures his/her individual actions are aligned with Bayer's LIFE
values, relevant compliance guidelines and other company regulations

WHO YOU ARE

1. Bachelor degree/diploma in the field of business administration or
equivalent education
2. Working experience as assistant, preferably gained from matrix-
structured company; functional knowledge or experience is a plus
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, result- and detail-
orientation
4. Strong analytical ability and proactive working attitude
5. Good presentation skills and proficiency in all relevant MS Office
tools
6. Good command of both oral and written English, fluent in Chinese
