Administration Officer


· General Admin services: provide smooth operation of general administration services, including office maintenance, courier service, cleaning service, stationery and office consumable service, tea service etc. Maintaina clean and efficient working environment.
· Make sure company guidelines and policies are appropriatelyimplemented and standardized in the office
· Manage external vendors' daily service, and working together with procurement department for vendor evaluation and contract renewal
· Support Real Estate for the office relocation/renovation project. Coordinate office moving.
· Office monthly operation expense reports; to ensure its accuracy andtimely payment to vendors;
· To identify operational cost reduction opportunities and generate savings
· HSE: implement HSE activities and promote the HSE awareness of employees. To keep HSE relevant documents & database updated (fireequipment, electrical equipment/CCTV system/badge authorized list/visitor check in system etc.);
· Ensure all OM related reports to be recorded.
· Emergency case handling and local OM support.


· Bachelor Degree or above
· Above 8 years' experiences ingeneral services management, incl. meeting room service/tea services/stationery/beverage/security management/Revenue
· Abundant working experience with hard service such as fire protectionsystem, air condition system, water and CCTV system management
· Ability to handle multiple and complex tasks simultaneously
· Ability to handle customer complain. Problems solving.
· Good command of written & spoken English.
· Good communication skills. Strong interpersonal and management skills and business relationship management skills
