Where the Chemistry Happens

The Talent Solutions Partner is responsible for the implementation of talent solutions within Catalyst (CC). As a member of the CC HR team, you will have a unique role within the CCHR Team to ensure the talent strategies (Performance management, Talent Reviews, Enterprise wide Initiatives, Leadership Development, New Leader Assimilations, Leadership Pipelines and D&I initiatives) developed by the Global Talent Solutions Manager , and programs developed by the global COEs are delivered in an impactful, consistent and meaningful way throughout the division (globally). By partnering with the COEs and the HR and talent teams in other regions, the talent solutions partner will be expected to provide insight into the impact of the programs among the stakeholders, the collective understanding of the purpose and simplicity of objectives and finally the sustainability of the talent programs within organization.

To achieve these goals, the Talent Solutions Partner will be responsible for the talent portfolios for CC. The role will be responsible for the facilitation of the talent reviews and performance calibration sessions and guidance of conversations to align performance initiatives and development to talent actions to help support business results. In addition, talent solutions is responsible to ensure the unique organization needs are meet within the various regional processes

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Formula for Success : Capitalizing on your progressive experience in an HR related field coupled with your strong understanding of HR processes, guidelines, policies and practices, you will provide impactful talent solutions and….

Own the delivery, cascade or facilitation from alignment and preparation to execution

• Measure the effectiveness of the application and solution sustainability

• Ensure transparency of information for continuous improvement within the HR Community

• Follow the guidance of the Global Talent Solutions Manager and regional COEs for process harmonization and approach

• Look for ways to simplify and enhance the leader and/or employee experience as they go through these processes and human capital discussions

• Connect and articulate to managers the business case of any given solution

• Assist in the development of leader capabilities to engage in the talent discussions and development plans

Performance Management:

Coordinate and manage the performance management process, ensuring clear communication to the organization, compliance, consistency and objectivity and provides leadership to ensure performance review evaluations are administered fairly and effectively by your strong…

• Analysis & Alignment with senior leaders

• Scheduling and facilitation of calibration sessions

• Creation of a continuous feedback loop to respective SHRBA and/or business leader

• Leadership of a “Post-season” action review including trend analysis and continuous improvement measures

Employee Development - Talent Review

Coordinate and integrate the Talent Management process to include detailed analysis of potential talent gaps and development of career plans with your impactful:

• Analysis & Alignment with senior leaders

• Scheduling and facilitation of of talent review sessions

• Creation of an ongoing feedback loop to respective SHRBA and/or business leader

• Succession Planning

• Management of the Leadership Pipeline

• Leadership of a “Post-season” action review including trend analysis and continuous improvement measures

Onboarding;

Prepare and deploy the onboarding of new employees and leaders

Facilitate New Leader Assimilations

Leadership Pipeline: Support for Talent Events and other in demand activities as directed by the regional Leadership Excellence and Development CoE, for :

Talent Summits (once a year) North America (NA)

• Talent Forums (2x per year) (NA)

• Regional Development Centers (1-3 x per year) (NA)

• Get-to-knows of L2 with regional talents (on demand) (NA)
