Senior Talent Management Partner, Research Triangle Park, NC

The Senior Talent Management Partner is responsible for the handling the implementation of regional talent solutions within Agricultural Solutions. The selected candidate will ensure the talent strategies associated with our programs (e.g. performance management, talent reviews, compensation, employed/leadership development, talent pipelines, special programs, etc.) are delivered within a consistent framework across the Strategic HR Business Partners for maximum impact and meaning.

The Sr. Talent Management Partner will be expected to provide insight into the impact of the programs among varying stakeholders, as well as ensure the collective understanding of the purpose and simplicity of objectives and the sustainability of the talent programs. Furthermore, this role will act as a primary point of regional and global CoE stakeholders.

To achieve these goals, the Sr. Talent Management Partner will be responsible for the talent portfolios across North American businesses, functions and/or sites within Agricultural Solutions. Additionally, the Sr. Talent Management Partner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enabling organizational trends and opportunities. They will understand the intersection of people, processes and technologies to develop robust data analytics capabilities to support strategic and operational objectives.

Capitalizing on your experience and success managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will work independently to balance and successfully execute on project objectives and tasks. You will also collaborate when necessary across the organization with CoE subject matter experts and external consultants.

Your consultative traits will impactfully enhance your stakeholder’s knowledge, skillset, and process awareness to secure the expected benefits are achieved and sustained after the core talent programs are completed. Your facilitation and training expertise will help you communicate when necessary, methodologies to measure the impacts, benefits and areas of opportunities for projects post execution and in other relative areas.

Leveraging your business curiosity and results driven nature, you will continuously identify opportunities to enhance the talent program portfolio, ensuring it remains relevant and aligned with the needs of our regional stakeholders at times working in collaboration with your team members and colleagues across the HR function.

To drive solutions, leverage your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare executive summaries of analysis by mining large sets of data (talent, performance, demographics, etc.) to discover opportunities and process improvements that further support and enable talent dashboards/discussions.

Your strong understanding of HR processes, guidelines, policies and practices and learning agility will help you quickly adapt to understanding and driving the Agricultural Solutions talent strategies, initiatives and key themes from inception through delivery.

Accustomed to working collaboratively and effectively with key stakeholders, you will provide influence in areas of opportunities relative to the annual talent strategies, goals, objectives and new initiatives.

Demonstrate your analysis experience by utilizing reporting tools and software; with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, Visier, Success Factors and SharePoint.

Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and passion for integrating analytics and data to drive business insights by: acting as a thought partner to provide analysis, insights and ad-hoc reporting via excellent problem-solving capabilities.
