The program provides training, development and opportunities across a range of fields including Marketing and Sales, within the world’s most innovative chemical company.

Our 2019 Marketing Graduate Program

The BASF Marketing Graduate Program will provide you with the opportunity to join our team, working within our Coatings Division, on a 12-month rotational program. You will complete multiple rotations in the 12 months to give you exposure and experience across the whole of our Coatings business.

Our Graduate program will offer you the opportunity to develop leadership and interpersonal skills, gain exposure to senior leaders and apply your skills in meaningful projects that will enhance our business. In this Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to utilize theoretical knowledge gained at TAFE or University on a range of projects. The program will give you exposure to marketing, sales, distribution, technical and customers.

Your role will be based at our Wetherill Park location in NSW.

Applicant Criteria

·  Recently completed TAFE or tertiary qualification
·  Passion for the automotive industry
·  Commerce/marketing/business diploma or degree
·  Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge the status-quo
·  Unrestricted Australian work rights (citizen or permanent resident)
·  Drivers license Application Process
