Junior Controller Intercompany (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our unit Business Reporting I you will take over the position of Junior Controller, responsible for Intercompany Transfer Prices. You will be in charge of reviewing P&L, calculating margins and prices and performing regular quality management.

·  In compliance with the legal requirements and BASF rules as well as regulations you will calculate and adjust transfer prices.
·  As point of contact you will be in permanent dialogue with the stakeholders involved in sales, supply chain, marketing and controlling and will act as a mediator as well as you will provide solutions on the first escalation level.
·  You will play a major role in the further development and optimization of processes, rules and you support your colleagues and the tax unit during audits.
·  You will have a lot of development chances in an organization that is very dynamically investing in digital development..

QUALIFICATIONS

·  degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics with a focus on Accounting/Controlling and/or Taxes and initial professional experience in those fields
·  initial experience in the SAP environment or Business Warehouse systems as well as the MS Office applications
·  good communication skills in English
·  enjoy working with different IT applications (VBA, Power BI or UiPath) and interest in working with us to shape the digital future of BASF
·  highly motivated, determined and goal-oriented personality
·  interest in driving the digital transformation forward
