RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a candidate to join our Workforce Analytics unit effective immediately for a term of three to six months. As part of your internship, we offer you the opportunity to participate in preparing, implementing and analyzing employee surveys.

·  Giving and accepting feedback is our motto: Get to know the survey feedback process used at BASF and work with us to further develop it.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  You are a student enrolled in a program in the social sciences, psychology, business education, business administration or a related discipline.
·  You are currently enrolled in the upper division or in a master's or bachelor's degree program and have earned at least 90 credits.
·  You have prior knowledge of work psychology and organizational psychology, personnel management and the methods used in empirical social research.
·  You are a proficient user of the standard MS Office programs.
·  You are happy to demonstrate your highly developed communication skills in both German and English.
·  You are impressive for your conceptual and analytical skills and your independent and reliable working style.
