RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services team and support us in driving forward the digitalization of agriculture.

·  You will build and manage a growth analytics team including following capabilities: data science, data engineering, devOps, IT change management.
·  Furthermore, you will continuously support and foster data derived growth opportunities in Agricultural Solutions.
·  You will implement and initiate your role out of growth analytics in collaboration with external partners and global partners internally.
·  Additionally, you will manage a milestone-based project with internal and external partners.
·  Also, you will assume responsibility to manage and built a team within Agricultural Solutions EMEA.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  understanding of databases and data interfaces, as well as experience in cloud computing, software engineering, machine learning (knowledge of at least 2 of the following: Python, R, SQL, MongoDB, Java, C# and their relevant machine learning libraries)
·  fluent communication skills in English and a further EMEA relevant language
·  first experiences with leadership and management tasks are beneficial
·  willingness to travel to ensure local adaption of growth analytics
·  quick onboarding and willingness to cover missing skill set and learn AP specifics
