Job Title Vertical Controls Analyst
Location Radbroke Hall (Knutsford)

We are recruiting for a Vertical Controls Analyst. The overall responsibility of this role is to support the CSO Chief Controls Officer in ensuring the Cyber security across all Business Units via the controls and collective underlying control standards supporting the operation of controls our Principal Risks.

What will you be doing?

• You will Input into the implementation, embedding and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF)
• Support the review, gap analysis and change management of Policies and Standards for Cyber and Information Horizontal
• Ensure the Horizontal has the appropriate Policies, Standards and Control Library in place that articulate control requirements
• You will support the vertical reporting of the status of our risk exposure and control maturity
• Support the horizontal reporting (Physical/Resilience) of the status of our risk exposure and control maturity
• You will support Standard Owners / Accountable Executives in identification and remediation of Control Issues quickly and effectively
• Support the running of the Vertical Controls Forum to review and challenge information relevant to the Vertical in line with the Controls Committee Standard.

• Experience of Risk and Control
• Cyber and Information Security
• Operational Risk Management
• Enterprise Risk Management

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Data Analytics Tools (Tableau, QlikView)
• Microsoft Office Suite; including Advanced Excel
• Data analysis and management information
• CISSP preferred but not mandatory
