Role Summary/Purpose

You will lead strategic recruitment support to assigned client groups within Global Supply Chain (GSC). You will drive sourcing for key talent segments. Collaborating with business leaders you will deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles as well as attract passive talent. You will also provide market intelligence to drive key talent outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities

In this role you will:
• Handle the recruiting activity for a mix of external hires and internal recruitment.
• Craft desirable job descriptions and passive candidate marketing plans that drive successful recruiting while ensuring diverse slates.
• Be a trusted advisor to your Hiring Managers & Candidates and have some influencing capabilities.
• Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and handle interview slates and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools to develop robust candidate pipelines.
• Deliver quality candidate slates by using both validated and creative recruiting methodologies.
• Partner with Stakeholders to reactively recruit yet also able to identify potential talent and arrange beneficial exploratory interviews.
• Be naturally self-directed and work as an individual contributor supporting an assigned client group.
• Guide interview team to use capability-based interviewing techniques.
• Help support GE’s diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and styles.
• Capable of working cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet overall business recruiting goals.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated passive and some niche recruiting domain expertise
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work out of an office located in West Milwaukee
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE may agree to sponsor/will not sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future for this role.
