PRESENTATION OF GROUP IT

Within Group Operations, Group IT defines and leads the technology strategy of the Group so that the AXA IT platform enables innovation & growth while ensuring the quality of service, aligned to business-driven priorities

Teams work together to enable the move from ‘traditional insurer to ‘technology led company’, by :

· Providing streamlined, efficient & innovative IT services and products
· Ensuring a consistent customer experience with harmonized processes and a dedicated customer facing
· Being a catalyst of Cloud adoption and industrialization of operations, while optimizing cost
· Managing the AXA IT Platform, including the implementation of the IT strategy and the definition of the business & application architecture
· Protecting AXA Services employees, assets and data and ensuring security is an integral part of the IT culture and processes
· Driving the IT governance & the execution of the AXA global IT strategy

CYBERDEFENSE

Under Group IT, the Cyber Defense department provides the entities and markets with first line of defense services (field operations including Information Security Operations (ISOPs) and Security Operations Centre to protect, detect and react to Cyber threats.

Job Purpose

· Configuration and maintenance of Privileged User Access solutions including security service operation and change activities.

Main Activities

· Deployment, installation and configuration of CyberArk components
· Technical support, development and enhancement of CyberArk deployments
· Systems administration (Windows/Linux/Unix)
· Develop new platforms / connectors (CPM/PSM/API)
· Network infrastructure (Network, Firewall, Policies, Etc)
· Strong troubleshooting skills for CyberArk related topics
· Creation of CyberArk custom components, scripting and automation
· Assist in the design, creation and standardisation of procedures
· Hosting or participating in regular calls with stakeholders
· Support the team, coordinate tasks and provide troubleshooting assistance

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Education

·  Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
·  An MSc Information Security would be desirable but is not essential

Certifications

·  CyberArk accreditations or evidence of significant experience supporting a large scale deployment.
·  Information Security and/or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP, CISM or equivalent) strongly preferred
·  Industry certifications for enterprise-level privileged access management tools is desirable but is not essential

Overall work experience in the field

·  Experience in Information Security field > 5 years
·  Experience in privileged access management > 5 years
·  Proven experience in managing enterprise-level privileged access management
·  Proven experience in working with federated privileged access management models, including Single Sign-On
·  Proven experience in architecting and designing privileged access management solutions
·  Experience of large scale deployments of CyberArk
