POSITION MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES

Mission

For a defined business perimeter, provide global learning and development solutions to both, business transformation (cultural change, strategic workshops…) and individual up-skilling and reskilling (both on soft and technical skills) while identifying, defining, designing and monitoring the learning solutions in close collaboration with the business and their respective HRBP, to continuously improve business relevance, efficiency and impact.

Promote the continuous self-learning mindset and enable the transformation of Group Operations toward a learning organization.

Main Activities

· Understand the business challenges regarding Group Operations.
· Identify business stakeholders and create a strong partnership with them.
· Translate stakeholders' challenges into learning curriculums and programs when relevant.
· Develop a proactive approach to support both global HRBPs and business heads.
· Coordinate and actively collaborate with the workforce evolution team to align the learning agenda with the workforce evolution deployment.
· Define, design and monitor the learning programs of her/his portfolio with the appropriate contributors and contractors. Deliver global program when the delivery mix people from all countries.
· Be accountable for the quality of the learning programs portfolio and academies, and their impact.
· Ensure portfolio coherence, consistency and adequacy with Learning@AXA and Group Operations existing set of learning solutions.
· Manage program resources (budget, extended teams, consultants…).
· Frequently engage with the L&D Engagement Partners (LDEP) to ensure that they:
· Contribute to the definition of the offer and design of the programs (upskilling, reskilling),
· Engage the country HRBPs and business heads,
· Be familiar with the overall Portfolio,
· Deliver it locally.
· Coordinate with AXA operational companies (opcos) through LDEP or directly to leverage opcos solutions or to share with opco Group Operations development solutions.
· Keep learning and be connected about new learning innovations, practices and trends, and identify project and opportunities to test them within Group Operations.

Qualifications :

Skills & Competencies


Technical and professional skills:

·  Strong L&D competencies (Need analysis, instructional design…)
·  Confirmed program management skills
·  Good knowledge of digital trends, IT transformation and understanding of their impact on the business, culture and management
·  Change management skills
·  At ease with data and analytics

Behavioral skills:

·  Influencing skills – capacity to challenge the business requests to identify the real learning needs.
·  Interpersonal skills – ease in interacting with staff at all levels – capacity to create his network with the business and the L&D teams.
·  Good listening skills.
·  Ease in an international context, capacity to operate with different cultures and work remotely.
·  Solution oriented and problem solving mindset.
·  System thinking capability
·  Capacity to deal with uncertainty – adaptability.

·  English proficiency is mandatory. French is optional.
Plus:
·  Strong business acumen / IT business / Digital background.
·  Background in a Change management or L&D department operating in a global international context.
·  Learning “Full-stack” capability (from need analysis to facilitation).
