Job description



Missions

Working as part of a global Talent Development team to contribute to the delivery of the AXA IM L&D agenda, support learning initiatives across the employee engagement and talent management roadmaps :

· To be responsible for the identification, implementation and evaluation of all L&D needs and solutions for employees in client base (approximately 750 employees) across France and other countries. Partnering across HR and in particular with the HRBP team to identify and implement solutions.
· To share responsibility for the global L&D budget management. To monitor it closely and ensur it is spent in line with the business strategic priorities.
· To work on evaluation, ROI and communication of our learning and development offering.
· To contributing to global reporting, communication, dashboards and KPIs and creating reporting as required to ensure L&D delivery is quantified and publicised in ways which demonstrate the offering available and investment being made for all employees.
· To ensure AXA IM is utilising innovative and effective digital learning solutions to make learning accessible to all employees globally. Partnering across the L&D team to manage and promote the Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone as the “go to” place for Learning.
· To contribute to global Talent Engagement and Development initiatives and projects such as Talent programmes (High Potentials, graduates) and Mentoring Programme.
· To support the Head of Talent Development and the Head of Talent on ad hoc projects and tasks as and when they arise.

Qualifications :

Education/Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experie nce

·  3 years’ experience in Learning & Development in a corporate environment.
·  Previous experience of using an LMS – Cornerstone or another system.
·  Experience in working in a global organisation, supporting a diverse customer group

Knowledge and Skills

·  Competent user of Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Strong project management skills.
·  Fluent in spoken and written French and English.

·  Effective prioritisation and organisational skills, including the ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
·  Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to challenge inconsistencies or errors appropriately to ensure data integrity.

·  Self-motivated and pro-active, with the ability to work well under pressure and with multiple deadlines.
·  Ability to understand the business context to ensure projects/initiatives are aligning to business needs
