The field of application is quite large: from programming to automation in domains like Hybrid testing or fully electrified powertrains development. Even if most of our business is located in France, missions abroad are also common (Asia, America, Europe).

Your Responsibilities:
·  The main tasks are:
·  Test system support of hybrid and electric engines based on our AVL Electrification solutions: :
·  For Battery:. https://www.avl.com/web/guest/battery1?vt=pl
·  For E-Drive: https://www.avl.com/e-drive1?vt=pl
·  For ADAS: https://www.avl.com/adas-ad-solutions?vt=pl
·  You will be part of AVL strategic projects that involve the design, installation, commissioning and optimization of battery test benches for hybrid or electric vehicles.
·  You will support customers during ramp-up phases with new test equipment.
·  You will provide user trainings, etc.

Your Profile:
·  Know-how in the control and measurement technologies
·  Good English skills and totaly fluent in French
·  High skills in communication and team work
·  Good IT skills
·  Leading and social competence
·  Structured, precise and reliable working method
·  Motivated
·  High availability to travel
·  Soft skills:
·  Know how to lead a project, how to drive a meeting.
·  Know how to take initiatives and how to manage conflicts
·  Be able to establish a trustful relation with a customer.
