We are currently looking for a

 

Working Student Service Delivery Management (m/f/d)

While the Divisions deliver elements of service operation, you are ultimately accountable for the service on your account. You need to ensure the appropriate governance is in place to secure service excellence.

 

Your tasks

 

•    Build/maintain relationship with clients and manage satisfaction (incl. CSAT trend analysis, issue resolution and results forecasting)
•    Continuously discuss with the client all risks, service scope, upsell potential and drive all required actions 
•    Active management of SLA regime incl. targets & reporting, ensuring impacting issues are anticipated and avoided, and if encountered then resolved quickly 
•    Active participation in critical Changes and Major incidents, ensuring effective communication between client and Atos resolution teams 
•    Develop and deliver account plan objectives, achievement of IBC targets, business development and renewal 
•    Actively manage cost/spending on account, achieve year on year improvement of cost base whilst always balancing appropriately cost vs. quality of service 
•    Assure completeness and correctness of invoicing and ensure timely billing and payment 
•    Ensure there is a financial plan underpinning each year of the BAU or ‘run’ phase 
•    Ensure agreed and optimum balance of on/offshore resourcing 

 

You will be working in an international team focused on the region Europe.

Your profile

 

•    You are enrolled at a university/ Fachhochschule and are ideally in the middle of your undergraduate studies (Bachelor, Diploma, Magister or similar) or you are at the beginning of your postgraduate (Master or similar) with a commercial focus
•    Experience in project management/ controlling is of advantage 
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft office (esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•    Excellent command of both German and English
•    You enjoy working in an international group and would like to gain experience in an intercultural project environment
•    Your strengths include high self-motivation, willingness to perform, working independently and teamwork in a multi-cultural environment
•    A friendly and confident appearance at the internal cooperation as well as at customer site 
•    You are trustworthy and have an excellent understanding for confidentiality

We are legally obligated to point out that the collective gross annual salary is €26.068 (full-time). Your actual annual income will be determined based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market.
