Essential skills:

Should be aware of basic Weblogic functional understanding , like domain/managed server/cluster/JMS and JDBC resources.

Should be aware of Weblogic architecture .

Should be aware of WLS business usage.

Should be able to troubleshoot and be able to work on Admin console thoroughly.

Should be able to configure and calibrate for performance.

Should be able to do the WLS logs analysis in details or able to change the logging as and when required.

Setting up a new service in the WLS.

Unix: (Intermediate level)

Shell Scripting; Unix Commands etc.

Soft skills:

• Should possess very good Inter personnel skills

• Should possess very good communication skills

• Should be highly Pro-active in nature

• Should have Solution Driven approach

• Should be a good Team Player

• Should be Ready to work Hands-on

• Should be Ready to work in deferred shifts.
