Job description

The primary purpose of Cloud System Management is to service the complete Windows platform. This support entails proactive management on the complete infrastructure based on technologies (Windows server 2003/2008/2012R2/2016, VM-ware, Hyper-V, SCCM, SCOM, etc.)

The team is responsible for operating the Windows infrastructure to the best of their knowledge and continuously improving the stability and quality of the environment.

The range of activities and tasks to be undertaken by Engineer:

· Accountable for administrating the cloud IaaS layer management tooling, which consists of monitoring, provisioning, orchestration, identity, security, registration and back-up & capabilities.
· Perform manual operations and changes on the infrastructure
· Identify, diagnose, resolve and deliver root cause analysis for automatic alerts, issues and incidents
· Manage and resolve incident, problem and change tickets
· Ensures optimal health and performance of the cloud infrastructure
· Cross functional teamwork to keep security at high-level
· Accountable for patch management
· Accountable for user management within the cloud solution
· Automation of repetitive tasks
· Identification of improvement action on the current way of working
· Participate in projects when expertise is needed

Job Requirements

· Certification in MCSA/MCSE
· Proven knowledge in some of thefollowing tools:
· Other System Center products
· Hyper-V
· VM-ware
· System Center Service Manager (SCSM)
· Knowledge of and back-up (, )
· Quick learning
· Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written) – min B2
· Takes end to end responsibility and take the lead
· Flexible team player

· Excellent troubleshooting skills
· ITIL knowledge
