What will be your main responsibilities?

Change management

·  Implementation of changes in the live IT infrastructure / -application landscape according release plan and instructions
·  Collection of records about changes to identify problems and developments and problems
·  Documentation of changes and decisions in the relevant change management tools

Operation Management / Service Operations

·  Execution of the regular tasks according process instruction for analysis of measurement values and quality
·  Perform the necessary monitoring, logging and reporting tasks according instructions
·  Answering inquiries and resolving incidents within the relevant area of responsibility
·  Support in the preparation of technical reports on aspects of system and service status for Specialists and non-technical reports for users and managers

Audit / Quality Standards / Quality Management

·  Assisting in the development, documentation and implementation of standards, procedures and quality management processes by delivering details and feedback based on day to day operations

Incident Management / Problem Management

·  Identification of initial and accumulating incidents on the same subject and support for the detection of problems
·  Solution of incidents according instructions within the knowledge management system
·  Support the development of workarounds and reviewing other provided workarounds on efficiency
·  Assist in optimizing the documentation of "known errors", standard solutions and workarounds in the knowledge management system
·  Assistance in the investigation and resolution of problems with the present diagnostic data according defined procedures

Requirements:

·  Perennial professional experience in IT, networks and applications
·  ITIL process framework
·  English language skills is mandatory
·  Knowledge and/or experience in Administering Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and Windows Server 2012 and 2016
·  Knowledge and/or experience in Active Directory (GPO, User Management)
·  Powershell, AutoIT scripting knowledge/experience (at least basic level) would be an advantage
·  German/French language would be a plus
