Day-to-day responsibilities:

·  Remote Support of End User desktops and laptops
·  Incident and problem management to analyses issues and find solutions and/or workarounds for that
·  Operating System image creation/deployment/troubleshooting
·  Deliver all necessary updates to Windows OS via SCCM and upgrade it to current build
·  Monitoring of SCCM infrastructure, reporting and troubleshooting when needed
·  Upgrade SCCM to higher version

 

Essential skills:

·  Experience with Windows 7/8-8.1 and Windows Server 2008/2012/2012 R2/2016
·  Experience with System Center Configuration Manager 2007/2012 and Current Branch
·  Good level of English

·  Knowledge about AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP/WSUS
