Operation tasks:
- Windows 10 and Windows 7 client operation for customer Siemens (GAIN)
- 3rdL_Level Incident Management on Windows 10 and Windows 7 clients as part of the service process between (2nd- Level) and global factory (e. g. E10ert Teams for TA&T, COC, SW Distribution, SW Integration,..)
- Validation and documentation of test scenarios of new UCMS version
- Pilot, Rollout of new UCMS Version to customer Siemens
- Update and dissaster recovery of CacheDB and web components
- CacheDB and UCMS Support for other regional service provider, e. g. CEE; NAM; LATAM, RCA, and optional AAE
- NCS operations (individual customer specific solutions)
- development and implementation of GPO raleated client config items based on Management Standards for Win 7, e. g. via Control Data and GPO Group Filtering (managed via Netpro)
- receiving and working on incident tickets related to the Client Configuration and Operation of Client related environment
- receiving and working on Technical Change Requests related to the Client Configuration and Operation of Client related environment
- reveiving and working on Standard Changes related to the Client Configuration and Operation of Client related environment
- support for other regional deliveries, e. g. CEE, NAM, RCA, LATAM. related of the Client Configuration issue
- Change Management according to the rules and guide lines for Siemens
- fulfillment of rules, timeline and SLAs agreed with customer
- support of escalation procedures e. g. Service Management Complaint Process (SMC)
- dispatcher and if ticket needs to be forwarded to another operational role/group
- remote administration and end-user support if required for solving the issue
- analyses of installation and confirguration issues of Browser and Certificates within client environment, AD, Network Services, SWD, SW installation
- analyses and interpretation of log files of the client
- Problem Management support for Client related topics
- provision of quick guides for SD (Knowledge Database)
- provision of proposals for service improvement
- Analysing all types of technical problems, taking into account customer requirements and integrating the needs of related services continously innovates operation processes and scripts, resulting in customer satisfaction and reduced operational costs.
- He/She works within a team and temporarily joins transformation projects and solution design projects e.g. to integrate new customers, customer locations/departments or requirements.

Client configuration management understands and meets the customer requirements in terms of different user types, Software configuration and geografical issues.
Client operation interfaces and communicates to all types of department, such as accountmanagement (AEX, SDM, CSM), other services (network, backend operation, application management) and Service Desk (incident, problem management).

ITIL foundation certificate; ITIL operational processes
Microsoft operating system e10ert knowledge (MS certified)
Professional in client administration and configuration via GPOs (especially loop processing)
E10ert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Internet Information Services is required
E10ert knowledge of Microsoft Spripting & Development (Powershell, .Net)
E10ert knowledge of Nagios Monitoring
Basic knowledge of Vmware : VSphere 4.1 platform
Basic knowledge of Siemens CMDB NETPRO
Basic knowledge of Siemens Client Configuration Tool UCMS
English and German language skills: fluent
