Requirements:
1. Language skills:
German - C1
English - B1

2. Technical skills:
basic knowledge about software and hardware
basic network troubleshooting
basic application troubleshooting
knowledge about office products
3. Proven experience in customer support role will be an advantage.

L1 Activities:

*First point of contact for the customer’s employees
*Assigning of tickets to the responsible support groups
*Password management (AD, SAP, Alfa/TSO, Lotus Notes, Lotus Notes Web, Norkom)
*Training and troubleshooting for user programs (MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, PDF Creator, Lotus Notes, GoToMeeting)
*VPN-Connection/ Mobile Access Portal support
*Printers management (mapping, printer queue clearing, address book management, toner ordering, troubleshooting, creating of onsite support requests)
*Support for bank offices advertising screens (remote fix, checking of advertising content, mapping, creating of onsite support requests)
*Telephony support (landline phones, mobile phones)
*Support for branch bank officers on ATMs troubleshooting, sending of service requests to the external vendor technicians
*Hotline for ATM customers
