Responsibilities / Technical skills:

·  Provide SAN service operation support for client on day to day basis.
·  Maintain client's SAN with 100% compliance with customer SLA.
·  Provide administration support and management of SAN Storage infra for HDS VSP, NetApp,
·  Brocade SAN environments.
·  Required experience of BAU support, and minor troubleshoot technical problems and
·  issues on Storage Arrays and SAN switches.
·  Capable of administrating the array and switches through software GUI and or Command Line Interface.
·  Basic Replication knowledge will be an advantage to support HDS and NetApp appliances.
·  Candidate must equip with essential storage skill and good working ethic & attitude.

Technical skills:

·  Storage administration experience in one or more SAN enterprise/midrange technologies.
·  Work experience with HDS products
·  VSP, VSP G1000, VSP G1500
·  Replication – True copy, ShadowImage
·  Hitachi Storage Navigator, Hitachi Device manager, Hitachi Comand Suite
·  Tuning manager
·  Work experience with NETAPP products
·  NETAPP FAS Series 3000/6000,A700, and Cluster Mode
·  DFM /Operations Manager, OnCommand System manager
·  NETAPP replication SNAP Mirror/Vault
·  Work experience with NETAPP products
·  Brocade Network Advisor
·  CLI
·  Experience in FC & ISCSI environment.
·  Experience in creation of LUNs & mapping to host, LUN/Server decommission, Meta Device
·  creation/addition & removal, Virtual provisioning & Tiering, local & remote replication for Backup/DR
·  Experience NAS – CIFS & NFS protocols, creation of CIFS/NFS file system and exporting to host, basic troubleshoot of CIFS & NFS permission issues.
·  Creating Qtrees, Implementing Quota Limits with user level and folder level with quota policies
·  Configure, administer and troubleshoot Snap-Mirror Environment.
·  Scheduling Snapshots and Snap-vault snapshots, snap-drive, snap manager.
·  Managing the reports using operations manager.
·  Experience in Fabric – Enterprise and Departmental Switches on Brocade/Cisco. Should able to do perform health checks, zoning, troubleshooting fabric related issues, handle upgrades.
·  A solid understanding of operating system (Linux/AIX/Solaris/Windows/ESX) will be added advantage.

Working Experience:

·  Minimum 1-2 years of relevant hands on experience on one of above-mentioned SAN storage technology and interested to work on operations job.
·  Knowledge of ITIL / ISO Process is preferred.
·  Knowledge of Service Management tools – Remedy/Service Now will be added advantage
