Join Global Career and Mobility department, part of the Atos Vertical Center of Excellence.

Career & Mobility department‘s role is to leverage career development for Atos Employees:

•Coordinates and drives career path and mobility initiatives across the organizations and to support the transformation of Atos such as Digitalization

•Defines strategic targets and action plans for career development and mobility, supporting and measuring progress for the focus Group: Top performers, Talents, Graduates and Experts

By providing career perspectives, Careers and Mobility contributes to reduce attrition and increase Atos attractiveness.

As Career & Mobility Officer, you will work in a human scale steam and passionate by their work. You will report to the Global Head of Career & Mobility based in New-York and work under the Project Manager Responsibilities in Bezons (France).

In this context your missions are:

·Take over recurrent operational activities (process and Kpis follow up, community management, support to employees and business, HR communication)

·Contribute to the deployment of new projects, build new action plans in order to improve Career Management & Internal Mobility

·Participate to tools & process optimization within the stakeholders

·Benchmark

Your will work globally and have interactions with many stakeholders: recruitment, HRPB and HRD, Employees, Work Force Management, Divisions, Communication, etc.…

These are your main missions, other missions can be proposed to you during the internship.

Job Requirements

·Bachelor degree with motivation for Human Resources.

·English and French

·Communication skills

·Analytical insight
