Job Description

You will work for the « Head of Global Mobility » putting in place HR development actions plans on priority projects of the Internal Mobility team. You will work in an international context communicating with employees based worldwide.

You will be involved in all the process (HR processes, mobility meetings, data analysis using Excel). You will contribute to transversal HR projects closely with the internal mobility manager in charge of these projects.

Yourmissionwillinclude:

-Supporting the Head of Global Mobility in his/her activity

-Participating in the creation and implementation of new projects linked to internal mobility

-Optimizing practices and operational/transactional processes with the other HR teams

Job Requirements

The applicant will be expected to have :

- Master's degree in human resources

- Excellent English language skills

- Good understanding of activities linked to mobility management
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills

- Creativity and result oriented mentality

- Analytical capabilities

- Good knowledge of Windows Office
