This position is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various problems. This position conducts business unit reviews, manages process improvement and administration, executes quality monitoring, provides analysis and complex report generation, and engages in operational activities to support the business unit. This position should provide any necessary guidance for their team regarding new procedural, technical, or operational changes. This position may also assist in the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

· Supports BDS Business Operations
· Provide support and analysis of all financial documents/processing to include Budgets, P&L’s, Monthly financial billing, etc.
· Process recruiting request forms and onboarding for new FTEs & backfill positions
· Process HR documentation to off board any departing employees
· Prepare for bi-annual leadership meetings and quarterly workshops
· Test environment for connectivity for meetings as needed
· Create agendas, presentations, etc for meetings as needed
· Reserve conference rooms and catering for meetings as needed
· Create and keep current process and procedural documentation
· Update Business Operations SharePoint site with new or revised documents
· Coordinate Various Atos Facility and Security Operations Center [SOC] Tours for potential/existing clients, and Cyber Security Team when requested
· Any ad hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

· Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; specifically Word, Excel & Powerpoint
· Analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
· Ability to learn and adapt to change
· A friendly & professional demeanor within a team oriented environment
