For our team, we are looking for a high-level qualified person able to perform Business Analysis as well as Functional, Technical, Security and Testing Specifications.

The position will be located in our office in Wrocław, Warszawa, Łódź or Opole or Cracow depends of your preferences.

Main tasks

·  Analysing the requirements and modelling of business process models and architectural models.
·  Translating Business requirements and workflows to system flows and specifications.
·  Writing/maintenance of all specifications linked to the system related components covering for example functional, technical, test specifications.
·  Designing user & component interfaces.
·  Crafting and performing prototyping.
·  Elaboration of test programs specifications: Definition of e of complete test plans covering as well functional as non-functional tests (e.g. performance, security, reliability, stress tests).
·  Production of use case models, design models, analysis models and implementation models.
·  Analyzing and defining specifications linked to the integration with other applications and/or technological components.
·  Production of end-user and technical documentation and training material linked to new releases.
·  Assistance with training the administrators and users of the systems.
·  Assisting with evaluating and testing products delivered by other teams to ensure that they conform to the Contracting Authority requirements and methodology.
·  Participation in meetings with the Contracting Authority.

Job Requirements

·  Good knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tier Internet applications and composite applications/composite services.
·  Familiarity with software design/development processes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with development team.
·  Capability to apply architectural principles to business solutions.
·  Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as the need arises to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business.
·  Solid understanding of Java development techniques and technologies.
·  Expert knowledge of Object-oriented analysis and design, SOA, JMS, and XML
·  Good knowledge of modelling tools (e.g. UML).
·  Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP).
·  Good knowledge of relational database systems.
·  Ability to cope with constantly evolving technologies used in information systems developments.
·  Preparedness to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
·  Understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of the teams that are performing different functions.
