B&PS Delivery Operations Head is responsible for managing Quality and Cost of services , Operation Performance, Industrialization, People excellence and Implementation of global initiatives (Lean, Automation, Best Practices etc.) across practices
▶Establishing governance over Quality and Compliance to defined processes and standard tooling, managing the Cost of services and over-all Operations performance for B&PS Delivery contracts
▶Define Delivery governance and processes and insure compliance
▶Drive standardization & industrialization(Lean, Automation etc.) to create a market differentiation and achieve delivery excellence with respect to cost, quality and reliability
▶Ensure operational performance and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations on by overall management of Back To Green action plans
▶Identify and promote B&PS Global Delivery Best Practices across B&PS GBU/GDC Practices
▶Initiate, mentor and monitor the organizational initiatives and programs
▶Facilitate Operational Excellence, People Excellence within B&PS Global Delivery
▶Sponsors Quality Management System, certification strategy and audits
