The ETL developer will design, develop and test solutions together with colleagues in a larger team that consist of analysts and other developers.

Duties and responsibilities

· The codes are written in SAS language and are executed by batch JCL.
· SAS programming knowledge.
· Knowledge of mainframe on Code libraries, Job libraries.
· HERMES is the version control, change management tool, good to have the knowledge.
· DB2 database knowledge is required.
· Typical day to day work includes, changing, enhancing SAS programs as per requirement and moving then to CAE/ PRD after testing.
· Provide support to all SAS job scheduling.
· Document all test procedures;
· Coordinate with system analysts and users to resolve all requirement issues and maintain quality.
· Coordinate with operations.

Qualifications

· Knowledge and understanding of processing data across multiple platforms
· Experience with large-scale projects;
· SAS ETL Programming experience.
· Mainframe knowledge on code libraries and JCL libraries.
· workflow design and implementations;
· Experience with DB2.
· Experience with Flat Files.
· Experience with developing software solutions.
· Strong experience with Linux Shell Scripting.
· Versioning tools like HERMES.
· Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment;
· Knowledge of data modelling.
· Knowledge of categorizing and prioritizing analysis and mapping workload for planning and forecasting;
· Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing;
· Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development;
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
· Experience with performance optimisations within large environments;

Working conditions

Lander resources will work at KLM location in Amsterdam, Netherland for a period of three to six months minimum. Working hours are 9 hours a day. Dutch official holidays will apply.
