Cognitive Technologies Technical Lead

The Cognitive Technologies Technical Lead provides expertise in the development, definition; adoption and adherence to enterprise and application architecture strategies, processes and standards relating to Cognitive Technologies.

Responsibilities

· Develop Machine learning and Deep learning algorithms in Python/R
· Design and Implementation of application architectures that meet customers (internal / external) requirements and are consistent with enterprise architectural standards
· Communicate & collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders and development team
· Participate in customer interaction, requirements gathering and preparing high level solution design
· Support management in RFP, Estimation and work breakdown.
· Defining application strategies & solutions for customer applications
· Acts as a thought leader and arbiter of decisions in their specific areas of expertise.

Required Education/Experience

· MCA/BE/BTECH degree in Computer Science or related discipline
· 7-9 years of overall IT experience
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing, architecting, designing complex, applications solutions using Machine learning and Deep learning tools and technologies

Required Skills

· Technical requirement:
· Good knowledge of Python and R
· Good knowledge on Machine learning algorithms such as Logistic Regression, SVM, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Linear Regression, K-NN, Naive Bayes, Gradient Boosting Algorithms
· Good knowledge on Deep Learning models such as Convoluted Neural Nets using Google’s Tensorflow Object Detection API and Recurrent Neural Nets with LSTM cells
· Good knowledge on TensorFlow , TensorFlow Serving and Flask
· Exposure to libraries like Keras, Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Theano, Torch, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
· Spring (REST/Security/Boot/MVC), java middleware, Docker, Kubernetes
· Web services – SOAP, REST
· Exposure to Azure Machine learning/ AWS machine learning
· Domain Acumen – Strong domain knowledge in multiple industry domains like manufacturing / healthcare / Power etc added advantage.
· Business Acumen – Ability to command the respect of not only information technology peers, but also business management. Strong understanding of business requirements and processes as they relate to enterprise architecture and the implementation of technology infrastructure.
· General Management/Leadership – Recognized as a leader able to inspire others through conviction, vision, and the ability to formulate and articulate direction in the area of infrastructure architecture.
· Ability to forge single-purpose commitment from others with disparate objectives
· Interpersonal Relations – Sells approaches through the power of ideas rather than mandates.

Desired Skills

· Strong working knowledge of Java/middleware technologies and there impacts in a cloud technology infrastructure
· Ability to work with business and technology staff in a collaborative application design and development environment
· Strong, working verbal and written business and technical communication skills
