People Development Junior

 

We are looking for a People Development Junior tosupport the Worldline Group People Development Team in global and international projects and processes. People Development covers four streams:

·  Learning & Development
·  Talent Management
·  Performance Management
·  Experts

 

Your Responsibilities

·  Provide support in projects run by the team (participation, building presentations, collecting information, follow-up, …)
·  Manage People Development reporting (set-up, data analysis, communication)
·  Support the People Development team with regard to improvement of the digital aspects of all PD tools
·  Coordinate People Development communication (managing Sharepoint or intranet page, linking with the communication team, coordinating the communication calendar)
·  Provide input to the team with regard to benchmark data, consolidate, challenge and give recommendations (methods, digitalisation)
·  Supports in building the L&D catalogue, concrete trainings and e-learnings
·  Be a partner of the local People Development contacts, giving support where required

Your Profile

·  Proven working experience in HR with a focus on People Development topics or a consultant profile with high affinity to HR/People Development topics
·  Ability to learn quickly and eager to learn about the company, the company processes and People Development expertise domains
·  Eager to look for best practices inside and outside the company; innovative attitude
·  Customer centric person, able to understand stakeholder expectations and to translate into concrete action
·  Quick thinker, able to express thoughts in a concise & comprehensible way, enabling continuous process improvement
·  Prior experience in at least one of the People Development areas
·  Affection with the different People Development domains
·  Excellent communicating and interpersonal skills; able to work in a matrix and complex environment and connect with various stakeholders 
·  Being able to handle confidential and sensitive topics
·  Good knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint…), reporting tools
·  Interested in developing webskills and use social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, …)
·  Project experience and skills are a plus
·  Flair for numbers and interested in data analysis
·  Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player
·  Master degree
·  Fluent in English and French (Knowledge of Dutch and German is a plus)
