Atos is currently seeking a Healthcare Accounts Receivable Representative to perform as an onsite liaison within our client business office. This individual must have 2+ yearsworking in a healthcare receivables environment such as a hospital business office or physician office. Experience working in EPIC is preferred. Candidate must possess critical thinking skills, have the abilit to prioritize effectively and efficiently, have advanced communication skills, and be able to problem solve. Must be able to work independently with a high degree of discipline. Familiar with and able to utilize various Electronic Health Record software, EPIC prefered. Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities include:

· Fulfilling requests made by Atos team in Clearwater
· Providing excellentcustomer service to client and Atos staff
· Communicating with client to ensure prompt resolution of their issues
· Work accounts within EPIC and other client systems to support account payment and resolution
· Complete approrpiate forms as required by client and Atos management to ensure proper account resolution
· Research information required for account resolution
· Escalate customer issues to Atos management.

Job Requirements

· Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent, grammatically correct English, at a level suitable for communicating with the contacts for this position.
· 2 or more years of healthcare receivables experience
· 1 or more years working in EPIC, preferably in physician billing
· Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills, using standard current Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Must have basic Excel skills and be comfortable working with spreadsheets
· Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
· With minimal supervision, demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems, interpret, resolving problems and issues using a variety of instructions or guides furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision.
· Must be able to work well under pressure and to work within short deadlines.
