Essential skills:

Should be aware of basic Weblogic functional understanding , like domain/managed server/cluster/JMS and JDBC resources.

Should be aware of OSB resource monitoring , familiar with functioning of SB console .

Should be aware of proxy and business services in OSB and there configuration.

Should be able to import/export resources and knowhow of customization in OSB.

Should be able to make security credential related changes in OSB .

Should be aware of JMS resources of OSM.

Should know basics of OSM cartridges and there versions .

Should know OSM related properties which requires change for tunning purposes.

Should be aware of user/role concept in OSM .

Should be experienced in handling OMS gui for order manipulation.

Should be aware of order request related tasks in OSM.

Preferred skills:

· OSM,OSB hands on support experience.
· Telecom domain experience

Soft skills:

· Excellent English communication skills
