For our affiliate, TSV EDV-Terminal Service Ges.m.b.H., we are looking for an On-site Support Technician in the Service Center (m/f/d) in Vienna Siemensstrasse .

You will take on a role in a committed team, in continuous development, in mutual exchange and teamwork.

 

Your tasks

 

·  Customer care directly in the service center on site or at the customer (you are the first point of contact)
·  Installation and troubleshooting for end devices (PC and mobile devices)
·  Perform customer trainings and information talks (HW, SW, handling of devices)
·  Support of hardware and standard software
·  Technical telephone support to narrow down the failure mode
·  Issue and return of hardware including data administration
·  Active shaping and optimization of the processes in the working environment 
·  Work on the further development of the service center

Your profile

 

·  Technical training (HTL, technical school or apprenticeship)
·  Good knowledge ofWindows 10 and MS Office
·  after initial job training you are able to identify interdependencies (HW, SW, modules among themselves) and troubleshoot defects with a suitable method
·  Friendly customer-facing appearance and good manners
·  Flexibility and willingness to service different customers
·  Accuracy, reliability and teamplayer
·  Readiness for further training to learn about new technology
·  Spoken and written German and English on C1 level

Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer you an annual gross salary starting at € 27.440,- (full-time).
