JOB DESCRIPTION FOR NODE.JS DEVELOPER

Experience of 6-8 years in developing websites using asp.net/php/ruby/node.js/Java

Specific Experience

· 2+ years Development experience in Node.JS that includes
· Development of Desktop or web applications, web services and database components (complete project cycles)
· Root cause analysis using debug tools, memory profilers and error logs
· Lead small development teams
· Development of custom authentication (token or cookie based) and authorization modules for both administration and consumption.
· Working Knowledge of Angular.JS required

Responsibilities

· Will be responsible for Development of specific modules in Node.JS
· Will be responsible for analysis and fixing of defects
· Will be responsible for understanding high level design and writing technical design for new requirements
· Will be needed to provide guidance to the junior team members on the appropriate technical implementation.

· Front End technologies
· HTML5
· Node JS & Angular.JS
· ASP.NET MVC 4 & 5
· JQuery & Bootstrap (Backbone.js & underscore.js will be an added advantage)
· Test frameworks like jUnit or Jasmine
· Third party charting components like HighCharts/Telerik
· Middleware
· Web API2
· WCF services
· Thread Parallel library
· MSMQ, RabbitMQ or any implementation of AMQP.
· IoC Frameworks like Castle Windsor
· Test Libraries E.g. NUnit
· Database
· SQL Server 2008/2012/2014 or Oracle 10g/11g/12c
· Mongo DB
