As 2nd Line Conversion Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

· support for conversion services, such as office to pdf, xml to pdf, drawings to tiff, PTC Creo format to JT/STEP (restart tasks / error handling in defined steps / monitoring of services)
· testing of the whole process after windows or platform upgrades
· open and handle tickets of customer
· support of customer in conversion relevant topics
· updating or redevelopment of little tools for automatization of the conversion process

Job Requirements

English: basic

German: business fluent

Technical skills:

· Microsoft Office (eg. Bookmarks, printing areas)
· Scripting language (e.g. Powershell/vbs)
· Object-oriented programming
· XML: basic
· CAD/PLM: basic
· Microsoft Windows Server 2011 Administration: basic (services/policies/RDP)

The candidate should know how to use (no administration skills required):

· Mantis / OTRS / HP QC
· Inventive Designer Scriptura
· SAP
· PTC Creo
