Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced IT Professionals in our IT Support Area for our location in Timisoara, Romania.

The person should have IT Technical Background (minimum 2-3 year of experience), to be capable in offering remote IT 2nd Level Support for our global clients.

Discover your daily activities:

·  Management of Enterprise Infrastructure based on Intune/XenMobile/Airwatch solution;
·  You have the ability to fix and resolve Blackberry/Intune/XenMobile/Airwatch issues;
·  Configuring Blackberry and good servers to work with exchange mailboxes;
·  Handle of Blackberry user accounts, including creating, adding, deleting and changing as necessary;
·  You will install, and monitor Blackberry server and devices;
·  Provide step-by-step build and configuration documentation;
·  Tackle system configuration and performance problems, and conduct technical diagnostic analysis to resolve the hardware and/or system problem and perform data recovery if necessary;
·  Prepare necessary reports;
·  Monitor IT system logs and report any anomalies (e.g., potential security incidents, application errors, low resource warnings);
·  Optimally interact directly with technical and management personnel.

What we wish from you?

 

·  Preferably Computer university degree or a similar qualification;
·  At least one MMD technology experience with support and troubleshooting;
·  1-2+ years related work-experience;

Technical Knowledge and skills:

·  Deep understanding of Microsoft operating systems and software;
·  BlackBerry Device operating system and troubleshooting;
·  Basic level networking skills: TCP/IP;
·  Basic level server configuration, testing and troubleshooting;
·  You have knowledge of smartphone and tablet technologies (Blackberry, iPhone, iPad etc.) for enterprise networks;
·  Deep knowledges of Microsoft Exchange Server;
·  A good understanding of Active Directory;
·  Social Skills and competencies : Analytical Thinking; Information Acquisition; Attention to details; Interacting with people; Teamwork;
·  Foreign Languages : Deep knowledge of English (verbal and written) it’s a requirement. French or German – advanced would be a huge advantage.

Other Requirements:

·  You have good interpersonal skills in international environment;
·  You are willing to improve technical skills;
·  Developing the juniors is also one of our focuses so it would be phenomenal if you like to do some mentoring;
·  You have strong problem solving skills.
