Your position as a Junior Pega Developer @ Atos

To support our growing Pega practice, Atos Netherlands is looking for a Junior Pega Developer with a strong commercial drive. You’ll work together in a team to develop and implement specific software solutions that are critical to their business and that support and enhance their overall business strategy. You will work in customer projects in the Netherlands. In this role, you will also be involved in presales and supporting in sales cycles.

Your responsibilities include

· Working as a Junior Pega Developer in innovative Atos projects at market-leading customers.
· Analyzing client business processes and requirements and translating these into innovative Pega-based solutions
· Learning about Pega presales and supporting and conducting presales presentations and customer meetings

Work location
At customer side and at Atos locations (Amstelveen, Eindhoven, or other). Atos offers extensive opportunities to work from home or outside of the offices.

Are you the ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate holds a natural interest in customer business processes and has the ability to turn requirements into suitable solutions. You will work in multiple Pega projects at customers, preferably in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecom and/or Utilities.

He/she has excellent analytical skills, is able to discuss requirements and present the solution design to stakeholders at customers and in the Atos team. Is able to scope Pega solutions (Application Profile), and review/challenge the solution designs of colleagues and partners.

Key requirements are:

· Willing to follow the Pega learning path and get your Pega certificate
· Relevant experience in software development
· Business fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
· It is a pro to have experience with Agile work environments
· Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Management, or a similar level of education
· Would like to improve consulting and presentation skills
· Proactive and flexible attitude
· Team player
· Commercial and Presales skills is preferred

Atos Pega Practice
The Atos Pega Practice is part of Atos Consulting & System Integration. Atos is a global Strategic Consulting Partner of Pega, the highest partnership degree with Pega. We have an excellent working relationship with Pega, frequently working together on strategic opportunities.
You will join the local Pega Practice and will work closely together with our colleagues in other local practices and the Global Center of Excellence in India.
