· Education: Qualification in project management or equivalent;
· 3-5 years of relevant professional experience , preferably in project management, customer/management experience, contract management, sales process, strategic planning, risk & opportunity management, change management;
· Stakeholder management skills performing activities both internal and external with upper management focus;
· IT Background (technical knowledge);
· Corporate understanding;
· Fluent in English and French (is mandatory).

Main responsibilities:

· Lead the planning and implementation of project;
· Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
· Define project tasks and/or work packages;
· Develop full scale project plans;
· Assemble and coordinate project staff;
· Manage project budget;
· Manage project resource allocation;
· Plan and schedule project timelines;
· Manage and analyse risks and issues and provide mitigation plan for them;
· Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
· Provide direction and support to project team;
· Manage stakeholders;
· Quality assurance;
· Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
· Drive, monitor and report progress of project;
· Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project milestones;
· Drive and implement lessons learned at the end of the project.
