Atos IT Solutions and Services is looking for a MarCom Intern in Finland

Job Description

To support our business growth ambition in the Nordics, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Intern for 6 months. As an Intern you will mainly assist the MarCom Manager in Finland with a wide variety of local activities such as events, online campaigning, social media and internal communications. In addition, you will work across the Nordics with your own defined tasks and responsibilities.

You will become part of a dynamic, international MarCom team covering 6 countries within the Benelux and Nordic region and report directly to the Nordic Head of Marketing & Communications located in Denmark.

Your responsibilities include amongst others:

• Engaging in social media presence creation on social media platforms, incl. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
• Writing online content, both in English and Finnish
• Creating reports and assessing the results of marketing campaigns
• Maintaining and updating the Atos Finland website
• Writing and sharing stories for internal communications and creating material for digital signage
• Setup and organize the internal Sales & Marketing newsletter
• Supporting HR with communication related to Wellbeing at Work initiatives
• Assisting with hands-on tasks in relation to event arrangements, lead generation campaigns and sector based campaigns
• Create marketing and communications material such as positioning papers, references, presentations and case stories in close collaboration with sales, portfolio managers and MarCom managers

Desired profile

Your profile

You are studying Marketing, Communications or Business Administration at the final stage of your Bachelor or at Master level. Practical experience from a similar student position or internship within the IT industry or B-2-B marketing is an advantage.

You are able to keep your focus in a hectic, dynamic environment. You are organized and are able to manage multiple projects on time. In addition we look for the below qualifications:
• Good understanding of Marketing & Communications and the tools related hereto – online marketing experience is an advantage • Attention to detail, structured, proactive, responsible and self-driven
• High flexibility and used to working with deadlines
• The ability to work independently while still working closely with the MarCom team across borders
• Strong communication skills
• Experienced user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Familiar with Google Analytics and SEO
• Master both Finnish and English at a high level both in writing and verbally.
